Seneca Companies, Inc. will pay UPS ground shipping and handling on orders which meet or exceed a $500 minimum threshold - contiguous United States only (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) - some product exclusions apply based on size, shape and/or weight.
Other shipping arrangements (i.e. 2-day and overnight) can be selected at checkout but will be at the purchaser's expense. Shipments only occur on business days - please be aware that if next day air or 2-day is selected on a company holiday or weekend, it will not ship out until the next business day.
All orders that do not meet the $500 minimum shipping threshold will have a $3.50 Handling Charge applied.
Weight, Size and Freight Exceptions:
Ground shipping with the $500 threshold does not include items that weigh 75 lbs. or more, have a unique size or shape or have to ship via freight - i.e. large manhole covers, drop tubes, piping, dispensers and other large freight Items. Items that require freight shipping could incur additional charges beyond what is calculated during checkout due to the nature of the freight shipping process. If this happens, you will be notified of the additional charges before the order ships. Your credit card or Bill to Account will then be charged for the additional freight cost.
